Andy Wright was born in Arnold, Nottingham in 1962. Like many music industry movers and shakers, his success owes something to a small ad in Melody Maker. Circa 1984, he was reading the said rag on a tube journey from Northwood Hills to Baker Street when he spotted an advert that had been placed by the musical / studio equipment hire company Keyboard Hire.
